Totally Madrid is an independent travel guide. This policy covers the main site at totallymadrid.com, including its Spanish-language section.
We use Google Analytics (via Google's gtag.js) to understand which pages are useful and which aren't — nothing more granular than aggregate traffic patterns. This involves cookies and similar technologies that Google sets on your device. For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies default to off until you actively accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline or don't respond, no analytics cookies are set. Visitors elsewhere are shown analytics by default, consistent with common practice, but can still control cookies through their browser settings at any time.

Beyond analytics, this site sets a small technical cookie/local-storage entry purely to remember your cookie-banner choice so we don't ask again every visit. No other first-party tracking cookies are used.
